Yummy but half were crushed
These are yummy of course. However, about half of them were broken or crushed. I bought them for my candy dish at work and it's a little unprofessional to make people suck the chocolate out of the wrapper.

40% of squares come broken
40% of the squares that came in this 3# box are broken and have caramel oozed out into wrapper. Very sticky and a pain. If you are buying this as a gift, know that these did not come in the normal Ghirardelli bag, but they came loose in plain brown box. Would not buy again because of the mess.

Candy is perfect, just need to protect from damage.
The candy was delious, could not be better. But a magority of the squares were broken, with Carmel running out on wrapper. Was a mess to eat. Need better packaging.

Individual items are melted and not edible!
The chocolate squares were melted when received. Need to be shipped in more protected packaging!Perhaps they were melted even before being shipped. When I tried returning, the item says it cannot be returned.A lot of lost money!

5 lbs of individually wrapped candy...AND ALL ARE BROKEN AND STICKY! Unacceptable!
Greatly disappointed in this Valentines Day gift for my wife. The all candy squares are broken sticky. UNAACEPTABLE QUALITY!
