Ordered one of these for this past Halloween to run with two diy chillers. The effect was fantastic and the machine ran all night. It puts out nice long bursts of smoke with relatively short pauses between.Construction:Solidly built. Much more heavy duty than my previous machine. It is fairly heavy but that’s a plus IMO.Design:The fog juice container lights up either green or red to let you know if the heating element is ready which is cool. My only negative here is that the remote is one which has to be held down to generate fog which is irritating.. I wound up just laying a rock on it to hold the button down.. fixed.Performance:Its sort of a beast. Esp at this price. After about a half hour our whole street was fogged out. It was perfect for what I wanted to achieve.

This thing is great. The only surprise was that the first blast of fog is not continuous. It will only last for around 15 seconds, then it has to re-heat again for a short time. Bursts after that last a lot longer. When you're using 20ft of dryer vent tubing to chill the fog for low fog effects, the first blast isn't enough to make it through the tube in some cases. You have to wait for the second blast to fill the floor with fog. Not a big deal really, but considering I paid a premium for fog on demand, it didn't 100% deliver that. I spent 30 bucks more for the ADJ wireless remote, and it didn't perform as expected, but that's another review. Overall this machine is a keeper.

I needed a smoke machine that produced abundant smoke for ceiling mounted (and duct mounted) smoke detector testing. Speed was essential since the local fire marshal had time expectations for alarm performance. This machine could set off a detector in around 30 seconds.Also, I was concerned about stinking up a new building with liquid smoke. Not a problem at all.Word of caution, make sure you bring substantial fans with you to clear out the smoke. I put so much smoke in three adjacent rooms that it took 30 minutes to clear them even with fans blowing.

I filled up the tank with fog fluid and plugged it in. The fluid tank lights up red from below until it is preheated, then turns green when ready to fog. Clever idea. Fog generation is then started by a toggle switch on the chorded remote or the back of the machine. Just a few seconds of operation filled a 40x20x8 foot space with thick fog that is hard to even see through. First test use was impressive.

I use this for Fire Alarm systems testing. Puts out plenty of fog for testing smoke control system testing. When holding the one button it will turn off after a little bit, I'm assuming it gets hot and has to cool down. You wait about a minute and back to producing fog. Overall it's a really nice unit. Make sure you unplug the remote before transporting to make sure you don't damage the remote port on the back of the unit.

Did not work out of the box, it would heat up but would not emit fog. Sent back for refund. My money was tied up for 20 days waiting for a refund.

My geyser finally gave out on my after 6 years. I’m a mobile dj and no longer wanted the geyser effect. I already had the smaller fury for my Small gigs and figured the 3000 way too big. This one is perfect. Blows hard strong and long. Takes a little to warm up. About 4-5 minutes. But once it ready. It’s ready.
