Ugh
Product had an issue from the start. It called for F1 to boot. I did that and did not have a problem...after a few months I got that same message. Called support but the “window was closed” I got it to run again but this morning as I went to do my work, it would not boot at all...it is telling me there is no hard drive...also when it was working nether sound card would overload at a higher than 50% volume. I never liked HP products but I figured I would give it a chance....NEVER again
