I needed one of these for both my car unit and home karaoke system it will be indispensable as a high quality item

Used product for first time exactly as indicated on package. Trying to clean/demagnetize TEAC dual cassette tape deck head which I thought MIGHT need a cleaning. The cleaning cassette from you, after spinning a few seconds, got completely stuck in the player and WILL NOT COME OUT !. The player , a fine piece of equipment functioning perfectly moments before I used your product, is now inoperable. It won't play, won't go in reverse, won't go fast forward and WON'T EJECT. YOUR PRODUCT RUINED MY TAPE DECK. I note that on the package, after I removed the cleaning cassette and fluid vial,showed, behind where the cassette was, a message: printed there were the words "GOOD LUCK!" on the package! Was that some kind of joke? I AM FURIOUS!Of course, I had to give you one star in order for this review to be posted but , believe me, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. It was a disaster for me.

The tape didn’t clean the cassette heads as anticipated.
