For those that have this, is it a loose or tight coupler? I.e does it need to be adjusted prior to sticking it on the zerk fitting?

what is the outside diameter? i have tight clearance on a zerk on my driveline and my greae gun tip outsided diameter is 15mm and is too big!

What size hose will fit this tip?
