I’ve been ordering this for the past 4 years on Amazon. Works wonders. It really does help with dryness. That’s the purpose of why I personally use these.

This is not a paid review just wanted to share my experience especially for those that suffer from eczema. I’ve dealt with really bad eczema on my hands my entire life and as much as I moisturize with all kinds of good creams like Cerave, First aid ultra repair, Aveeno, Eucerin, Gold bond, Vitamin E coconut oil olive oil and many more but it only helps temporarily as soon as i wash hands or shower my hands are still in the same condition. So I was searching for a way to add moisture internally to the rest of my body not just on the surface which never occurred to me before not sure why so I did some research saw some reviews and decided to give this a try. After just 3 days of taking these capsules my hands are 90% healed which hasn’t happened in about 2/3yrs so IF you suffer from eczema and have tried it all definitely give this a try I’m surprised I never heard of it before. Also Let me just mention it does make you go to the bathroom more regularly, this will definitely get your system moving in a good way. I guess that’s how it helps you keep the weight off. Lastly my face looks super plumped and hydrated even my forehead lines are less noticeable. Definitely worth a try at least to get your skin hydrated for the winter. I’m super satisfied with this purchase And will be buying many more.

I recommend this sea buckthorn combination of fruit and seed oils as it seems high quality and is organic and vegan. My local health store adviser had suggested that rather than superficially treating my dry eyes with eye-drops, I try addressing the problem internally with Omega 7. I have been taking it for about a year and rarely now feel any eye dryness even in the cold (and centrally heated) north-east winter. My skin, while not perfect, has also improved and is much less flaky or itchy during the winter months. As for the carrageenan issue, I discovered Sibu, which no longer contains carrageenan, when I searched for a safer product than the first Omega 7 product I had tried. The description on Amazon has not been updated, however, as it still lists carrageenan as an ingredient. I called the company to double check and they confirmed that the capsule is now made with a tapioca starch gelatin Instead of carrageenan or animal gelatin.

I recommend. Sure the oil leeches a little in the bottle but that's the nature of oil capsules and bottled oils isn't it. I didn't find it much of an inconvenience. Just rinse ur hands after handling them and that's hardly necessary. Mine werent that sticky. I noticed improvement in moisture in my eyes for my lenses and added moisture down south, as others have mentioned. What I noticed I didn't know it would help, is scalp. I have very curly hair and wash once a week or so (I'm black...) And that's usually because I get itchy and/or start to get a little build up (sebum/dandruff... Normal stuff to rinse away on wash day, nothing tragic or unusual) but I don't even get that anymore...I notice it the most when I straightened my hair, which I only do a couple times a year, and usually because of the texture I can only keep it straight but 5 to 7 days before it feels like itchies and buildup has taken over, like it collects it easier when it's straight, which makes sense to me. But I was able to drag that press out for 2 weeks and a few days (my health had taken a turn so I kept putting off wash day) and even then it was hardly the build up I have after typical 5 to 7 day later wash day with my naturally curly hair. My head almost never itches or feels built up, not dry either, and I've changed absolutely nothing else about my internal or external regimen outside of this. My hair has been pretty shiny and manageable too. Seems fuller. I took 2 pills a day for a month when I came to these conclusions. I never slowed down to one pill after a couple weeks like I see some ppl saying they did... No reason in particular, I'll be honest, I just never researched why to do that lol.

These supplements have several purposes, but the main one I bought them for, is dry eyes. I have been taking them for nearly the whole month, and can definitely see the difference. I have also noticed that some broken capillaries in my cheek are getting lighter, and an age spot as well. I guess that is from the skin healing properties. Worth the money.
