Aidells Smoked Pork 4 Sausage Links, Cajun Style Andouille, 12 Ounce

I have fallen in live with this brand of sausages especially the Cajun andouille sausage! High quality, great texture, and flavor. It’s right on point. This brand does NOT use nitrates, (which i must avoid) freezes in package well and always has a great flavor.These tend to be a little spicier than several brands of andouille sausage but I’ve kind of like that. In fact when I cook the sausage i slice the sides before boiling to eliminate some extra fat (although the sausage is not super fatty to begin with). However, I save the fat ( i freeze the fat for future use) floating on top of the water and add it when I’m making shrimp and rice for a little extra flavor.This brand also published a sausage recipe book which I have thoroughly enjoyed making several recipes from.

They’re great. They’re not CRAZY spicy. Not hard to cook. I made a jambalaya with it.

Delicious - it's got a great flavor. Just a bit of spiciness to it. We've made everything from sheet pans to jambalaya with these sausages and the flavor is incredible each time.

It was delicious but it makes my hands swell from the sodium.

These are cajun-style already cooked pork sausages that can add a bit of bite in whatever way you want. The packaging is a bit tough to open (at least for me) but does its job. Recommend.

Used this in my first ever homemade gumbo. It helped me be a HIT with my family.

A must have at my house when adult sons come by to visit. Keep a stash in my freezer along with Stouffer's Mac & Cheese.

It's good, but overhyped. Nothing Cajun about it, just spicy and flavorless.Quality:Definitely below average
