NegativesThe white stitching, laces and zip make the boots look really cheap.Despite company accepting order they then refused to delivery them stating that I lived in an overly remote location, I live in central Scotland!Customer Service was horrendous, demanded I cancel order so it didn't reflect badly on them. I refused and after standing my ground on multiple emails they eventually delivered them.PositivesReasonable price point.Fairly comfortable in short spells.

My only gripe is they came wrapped in a poly type thick paper and polyethylene shapers for the toes… NO BOX for me is wrong…. Let’s the company down I am afraid. BUT the boots are not a disappointment at all. Great fit and very elegant in red!! I have got skinny flamingoes ankles and once done up tight they fit like a dream, tight to my chickens ankles and flattering to my legs… once done up you only have to use the zips!! My partner bought me them for Christmas and the delivery date was 15/1/24. They arrived today much to my joy!!! Put them in a box and you have perfection!!!
