Great customer service: I emailed them on Thursday about a missing part (arm rest), and they sent it straight away from Germany, so it arrived on Monday. Unfortunately, the chair itself isn't as great as I hoped for - you have to be quite tall to have the feet reach the ground and the back can't be adjusted.

This office chair is lovely and well constructed,bought this to compliment a new iMac and white gloss desk ,have to say the quality is really good and sturdy .My only slight criticism is the colour is an off white but still lovely all the same I would recommended this product for both quality ,service ,delivery from Germany and finish

Received this chair the next day after ordering. It was easy to assemble and so comfortable with effective padding. Excellent gas lift, easy to operate so very satisfied with my purchase.

Great looking chair , amazingly comfortable

La sedia è resistente e fatta bene anche nei dettagli. Avrei messo 5 stelle se non fosse che dopo nemmeno una settimana la pelle bianca della seduta si è macchiata di nero/blu a seguito dello sfregamento dei vestiti.

Silla de muy baja calidad, con un buen montaje queda un poco torcida, se nota mucho el fondo al estar sentado y resulta incómoda por esto mismo. El material exterior no parece de gran calidad y el pistón y ruedas más de lo mismo.

Je suis très content de ce fauteuil ,finition correct , très bien assis , bel effet dans mon salon .Montage facile , prévoir une deuxième personne pour l'assemblage du dossier car il est maintenue par les poignets ,et non par une fixation situé sous le dossier comme c'est le cas dans beaucoup de fauteuils de bureaux !Attention , il est blanc légèrement beige ! Je le recommande surtout au prix de 119 € , maintenant il est à 165 € .Livraison très rapide , j'ai passer la commande le weekend , reçu le mercredi en provenance d'Allemagne .

Der Stuhl sieht schön aus, auch über längere Zeit am Schreibtisch bleibt er bequem und angenehm. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen einiger kleiner Macken im Leder. Ich habe aber auf eine Reklamation verzichtet, da der Stuhl einmal fertig aufgebaut war und ich davon ausging, das bei einer so hellen Farbe schnell selbst gemachte Flecken dazu kommen. Dies ist aber bisher ausgeblieben, kaum Spuren zu erkennen, auch wenn man mit Jeans drauf sitzt.Ich werde nun noch einen weiteren Stuhl bestellen, der Test ist bestanden und meine Frau freut sich nun auf einen eigenen.

Am Anfang war ich auch begeistert. Nach einiger Zeit kam dann das Quietschen. Es waren nicht die Rollen (zum damaligen Zeitpunkt) und auch nicht die Höhen/Kipp-Mechanik (damals noch nicht), sondern die Befestigungen in der Sperrholzplatte unter der Sitzfläche. Also alles kräftig eingeölt und Ruhe wars. Allerdings nur, bis die Stange der Druckgasfeder im Fuß ausgeschlagen war. Der Stuhl kippt seitdem zur Seite und ächzt. Dann wurden die Befestigungen der Bodenrollen laut und am Ende riß das Kunstleder und blätterte weg (Sitzfläche und Armlehnen). Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt kann man sich nicht mehr bewegen, ohne daß es laut knarrt, ächzt und quietscht. Der Stuhl ist komplett Sperrmüll.Wäre der Preis unter 100 Euro, würde ich eine Lebensdauer von 5 Jahren akzeptieren (obwohl ich es unschön finde, alle 5 Jahre einen Stuhl auf den Müll zu werfen!). Auch Ersatzteile wären ok, aber ein kompletter Zerfall ist zu viel. Schade.
