My hot flashes are better but not gone. I have been using this cream for over a month. I do sleep a little better, too. I may try another brand; this is the second brand that to me feels greasy and thick, and a full pump doesn't absorb well into my skin. I would like to find something lighter.

I bought this product in August and it worked great. I got another bottle in November and it’s not the same. The bottle is different, the texture is different and it doesn’t seem to work as well.

I had a hysterectomy at an early age and was on hormone replacement therapy for 20 years. I decided to go with something natural instead. I tried another brand , but still had hot flashes and trouble sleeping. I bought this product a few months back after trying another brand. I ordered it again and it is different. The pump is not the same and the product itself is thinner. It takes a bit longer to rub it in now. I wish they had stuck with the previous. I definitely like the results better than the 1st product I tried. I had trouble finding it, so I ordered a different brand. After just using a week of the other brand, my hot flashes returned and my trouble sleeping returned. I would like to continue using this product seeing as to how well it works for me. I have recommended this product to friends.
