Great Quality
Received both bikes yesterday! Bikes are well made, very stylish, comfortable ride and efficient with battery life and speed of bike. Easy instructions to complete assembly of bike. If you are on the fence about an ebike don’t hesitate this brand and customer service has been great so far. Ordered gray and the warehouse was out of stock and customer service was prompt and diligent to offer a black or orange option. Orange is beautiful; great purchase and can’t wait to take them back out in trails in our area.

Amazon illustration vs what came
Try as I could, it was exactly clear what exact model was in the picture. Several are labeled ENGWE EP-2 Pro but there are differences such as the carrier construction, speeds, AHs, headlight and the computer instrument panel, charger, pricing etc.. as it turns out, it appears I got a partially upgraded model. Of course I’m happy with that but clarity would be nice BEFORE delivery. Easy assembly, everything was there. Test driving is next.

I love it
It took 8 days to get to me but it was worth the wait. DO NOT follow the instruction manual! it's way too confusing, it's best to watch a YouTube video. I watched a video on deactivating the throttle so it doesn't try to take off while changing gears, pedaling. Oh, There are Alan keys in the setup so be prepared to drop them 54 times.

Returned fee almost 400$
My dad lost electric Bycicle, i got him this bike . Frame look strong 💪 , nice but Engine not good , starting run ok , later automatic dropped speed . I was contact seller requested return , but receive email from seller recommended keep this bike 😌 . Otherwise i have to pay for shipping fee 😭 .Usps said item to big & heavy can’t ship .Bring to UPS ship it back to seller cost me almost 400$ 🙁 .
