Not a bad starter set for the money
I've been playing about 15 hours a week for a year, and I've tested a LOT of low-to-intermediate level paddles. For about $25/paddle, these are decent. When I first picked these paddles up I thought I was gonna hate em because they have a slightly shorter/stubbier format to them. That, and perhaps more importantly, any carbon/fiberglass paddle that uses a blend of fiberglass in the surface (and yet still tries to tout itself as a carbon fiber paddle) is usually as bad as a plain fiberglass paddle with the addition of a scammy marketing ploy in which it pretends to be something better. But these paddles actually performed quite well for being a fiberglass blend paddle.THE GOOD:The specs say 7.7 - 8.1oz and the 2 paddles in my set came in right in that range at 7.8 and 7.9oz. These use a longer than average handle which is better for those who prefer a 2-handed backhand stroke. They feel light and maneuverable. And, for a $25 paddle, the sweet spot is relatively good. (Granted, this may be due to the fact I've played enough that I am more consistent in hitting from the center of the paddle.) Compared to other fiberglass paddles around the same weight and price-point, these perform well. I expected a lower twist weight (worse) but found that these still had enough stiffness and power to smoothly handle returning deep, powerful groundstrokes from my opponents.Net play felt well controlled... no popping the ball up too high. And it felt very easy to control the ball up at the kitchen.CONS:This is still a beginner level paddle. If you play against strong players with mid-to-pro tier paddles, they are going to knock you around. Especially playing hard fast groundstrokes to your baseline. In addition, this paddle doesn't offer much in terms of spin or texture.Also... the bag and the balls that most starter sets come with are worthless. They increase the costs you end up paying without giving anything useful back to you. That's true with this set as well.SUMMARY:If you are just starting out playing pickleball, this set beats a lot of other beginner sets. If you want a lighter paddle in the 7.8oz zone, prefer a longer handle, don't want to spend more than $50 for 2 paddles and don't care about spin right now... I'd say this is a set well worth considering.

Just what I needed
I like the look of the paddles and bag. I used them and they worked great.

great set for the beginner
This is a great set for the beginner pickleball player. It came with 4 paddles and 4 balls in a carrying case, allowing my kids to play together. We have just started playing pickleball, so we don’t have a lot of experience to compare this set with others. The only downfall is that one of the balls broke on the second time using, it split in the middle where the seam is. Overall, this is a great set for the family who wants to learn to play pickleball.

GETFUN USAPA Approved Pickleball Paddles Set
I'm just starting out playing so this is a great starter kit. Everything I need to play besides the skill part. The paddles feel good in your hands and the bag in nice to have to store away and to take to the court. This is a fine for someone that only plays once in while.

A Great Price for TWO Carbon Fiber Racquets.
No, these aren't high end paddles, but this is an incredible price for carbon fiber paddles. For $26 per person, you get two racquets that are really decent relative to their price point. You also get a carrying bag and balls. Everything you need. We've moved on from these racquets for something better, as our game has improved. However, we have kept these as they are great to have on hand for new players and/or guests.

Good set to get you started with pickleball
Paddles are an upgrade if you've started with wooden ones. I used the cheapest wooden paddles when I started playing, so definitely much better feeling with these. They are light and I get a little bit more control when i hit.Given the price, I think it's decent. You get 2 paddles, 4 balls, two wrist guards, and a nice bag to carry everything.

Pickleball FUN!
To be completely transparent, I'm a complete beginner at pickleball, so I don't have much technical knowledge of the types and qualities of the highly priced paddles. This 4-pack of paddles (and balls) is a steal, especially with the current $20 coupon currently being offered. I've not had the opportunity to play with them much but the 4 paddles seem high quality, especially for beginner such as myself. The carbon fiber face is super nice and the design looks good. Apparently the handles are also elongated, but I'm not quite sure the difference yet. I'm sure it makes a different during gameplay. The balls that are included are basic, but work for the game at the bottom level of play. The storage/travel bag is also a nice touch, and everything fits very nicely. Has straps for carrying. For the price, you can't beat this deal for beginner players. Recommended, 5*.
