Great supplement that is easy on digestive system, takes cravings for sugar away, you notice better energy less overall cravings

This stuff is awesome and cheaper than the other well known liquid vitamin. After using for several months I began to notice a ton of new baby hairs especially at my hairline. For me the taste is not bad at all. I have really liked the liquid vitamin vs taking pills or gummies in the morning.

I'll admit it. I'm not the best pill taker, ESPECIALLY with vitamins that are not only as big as horse pills, but that smell. Ever since I outgrew Flintstone vitamins, the smell of vitamins has made me gag. This is a great solution. Tastes great (refrigerate upon arrival and take when chilled), and surprisingly packs a punch for a liquid vitamin with all of the nutrients. I feel this liquid contains more nutrients and/or higher % recommendations than most gummies, but I haven't done any side by side comparisons. My only complaint would be that this is seriously a 30 day only supply.

This Is my Favorite Liquid Vitamins. The taste is good and very easy to take. I love the flavor. Liquid vitamins Absorb much quicker than the pill vitamins

These left a bad taste in my mouth the whole day, despite brushing. Also, I noticed having less energy than with the vitamins I usually take.

These liquid vitamins are great. My annual bloodwork results have improved since I started taking them.

I figured since the taste was so bad, that this must at least be a potent vitamin that would give me lots of energy, but no...that didn't happen either! Tasted absolutely awful, and saw no noticeable difference in Energy. Tried to return it, but Amazon said it's not returnable, so ended up just wasting $30 :/
