wow, we have had our machine for almost a year. we have not had to replace the light yet. we dont use it 24/7 either. we use the machine at night when we sleep and turn it off when we wake up. i do replace the filter as recommended. i also blow out the machine itself when i replace the filter. i know you are talking about the uv light but we have never replaced it, sorry, know that is not the answer you are looking for.
