The neoprene slimming shorts for weight loss is excellent. I also ordered the mens waist trainer neoprene corset to accompany the shirts. They are both extremely comfortable and work perfectly together. I am 5'11", 250lbs and I guess I am more muscular than fat because I ordered an extra large and I think I should have bought a large. Likewise, I ordered the large size for the vest-corset and I think I should have ordered the medium. I like to wear this apparel tight. Not so tight that it is unwearable. Just close enough to take full advantage of the slimming effect. Love the feel of the vest. When I took out the vest for the first time my first impression was that it was huge and I was sent the wrong size. BUT THEN I PUT IT ON. And I knew. Gamechanger. When I zipped it up it literally forced my stomache in, straightened my posture, tightened my back, my front, and my side flap is now gone. It felt great and normal to breathe. The shorts feel like I am wearing underwear but they are actually thicker than the sweatpants I wear over it. So when I am on the bicycle my behind does not burn or chafe when I am done. I really got them to isolate my inner thighs and its working. My legs and behind are tightening up. Now let's get real. I am working out HARD and paying attention to my nutrition. I am not playing around. I am just sharing my experience and you have to understand as you read my words or anyone else's that everyone's experience will be different. Overall I definitely recommend these two products. Lastly, delivery was right on time within three days. I loved that. P.S. now my man boobs look like a normal man's chest while wearing the vest-corset so I wear it even when I am not working out. And it feels natural. I could say more but I will end here. I hope this helps someone to make a decision with either of these two products. I will definitely try the other products. I am pleasantly surprised and definitely impressed.

The vest works as described. When wearing it, I find myself getting a sweat started up sooner. I also enjoy the fact that it keeps me warm in the cold. As for how it fits, it fits snugly around my waist but not too tightly, while in the chest and shoulder areas, I do feel a slight looseness but I do not mind that. The reason for this is because my height is 5'8" and my current waist size is 35" (I am aiming to slim back down to 34" then eventually to 32" since I have jeans in those 2 sizes). Considering that it was my first time trying something like this, I got a medium just in case the small was too small for me. I like how the medium fits but now I want to get a small as well so that I can compare how they both fit on me. While the medium gives me the "good fit," perhaps the small will give me the "perfect fit?"Update: About a week and a half after reviewing this vest, the company was kind enough to send me a second vest for free, following an email conversation that I had with them. Upon my request, the second vest that they sent to me was a small so that I could test if the small was the "perfect fit" that I was looking for. It turned out that I was correct. For someone with a waist size ranging between 33" and 35", the small is the best choice.Update 2: It has been 3 months since I had gotten both of my vests and my waist has shrunk to 33". They certainly come in handy.

Fits well when you get the right size I would say for bigger guys go a size up overall great product. Can get itchy so I usually wear an undershirt under it other than that solid

So I'm leaving it at a 3 star. First from other reviews everyone would say get a size small which I did. Mind you I an 5'7 224lbs. I usually were 2x shirts so i got a XL thinking it would fit nicely. Recieved it today tried it with quite a struggle had a to suck it in. Was able to zip it up kina tight but comfortable. It's a tight fit but I know I can still use it to get the same results I bought it for.

I was a little hesitant on the size fitting but I followed the recommendations, I wear an extra large shirt for comfort as a large fits tightly, and I ordered a large vest. It fit perfect. Its comfortable and supportive and makes me drop water weight as soon as I start moving in it. The profuse sweating is also encouraging, if you are trying to drop weight, as well as making my skin feel healthier. Humans were meant to sweat. I appreciate the jump start this gives me in starting the burn.I saw the unfavorable comments about this not being neoprene and can say definitively that this is neoprene. It does say it has a polyester outer layer but I cant tell as it is EXACTLY like the wet suits I wear surfing.Bottom line is this is a quality product. I have used it about 10 times and the zipper seems solid. It feels like a quality product. It looks like a quality product. If it looks and quacks like a duck ... Its a duck. If you need a neoprene wetsuit vest to help you sweat that will be with you for the long haul buy this.
