Even though this product really works, it is very big on me. I wish they made it in an extra small. I ordered a small men’s, I am 5’7 And I weigh 147 pounds and the small is very long. It goes down past my hips and it’s not as tight as an extra small would be. But overall it works.

Really like this vest which replaces another similar type that I’ve had for years. This one has a better design and quality to it. The zipper seems to be really strong and heavy duty. Love the straps to draw it tight for a snug fit, however I wish they were an inch or two shorter for an even tighter fit.As soon as the vest is on, you can actually feel the heat coming on and during my workouts my T-Shirt is wet and I do mean wet! It’s very comfortable and I can feel and sense my posture is perfect while wearing and during my workout it’s also helping me keep my inner core tucked in.

I bought a XXL and it fits tight, make sure to size up from the size you normally are.The quality is good for the price and comfort is there.

I purchased as an aid for trimming an inch or two from my waist and abdomen. I’m quite impressed and surprised with the results. Actually I initially purchased size large. Within a month of wearing and vigorous exercise I trimmed enough from my troubled areas and discovered a medium was in order. It’s a perfect fit and quite satisfied with the results, style and quality of the material as well. Good purchase 🤠.

Vest is nice

This was a gift and therefore I did not have control over decision. The individual was looking for more back support with this vest. It fit him well and looked like good quality. Unfortunately, I returned.

Tried it on and it fit. I needed one of these since I've had w back surgeries and this vest goes all the way to my neck. Luv it.

Early review.Let me start by saying that sweating does NOT make loose fat.Sweating is your body cooling down, and it's very good to open your skin pores.Burning fat makes you loose fat. Basically burn more calories than you consume throughout the day.As for the vest, it's a really good tight fit. Quality seems good and comfort also good.I bought this to help with posture. Squizing the belly in, makes your chest lift.Is it bad for the organs? Not really, it's a simple adjustment that gravity messed up.

Fits perfectly and adjustable. It's comfortable and fulfills it's function. I bought it due to back and rib damage and it has helped me. Of course in the gym it will also be of great use and as a posture holder. Solid 5 stars.
