I bought this because I have had poor posture for most of my life. I have worn it fairly consistently (at least half the time) for the last week (including when I'm working out, but not when I'm sleeping) and I can definitely say that I am already noticing a positive difference with my posture. This product will help you to train your body/mind to remember to pull your shoulders back. However, it cannot pull them back for you. That said, be careful of how tightly you adjust the straps the first few times you use it because you can accidentally adjust it too tightly and cut off circulation in your arms. Don't worry though, it doesn't take long to get used to. I have personally recommended this product to at least six people since purchasing it. It is well worth the $20 you will spend for it.

I was hoping this was a cure for me, but it’s slightly hard to reach and pull the straps to get the desired posture. Not too uncomfortable, but does support for the most part.

This is the most worthless product I've ever bought on Amazon - it's unusable, a complete waste of money.The instructions are no help: "Put it on just like clothing."You have to be able to reach the spot right between your shoulder blades, reaching from below, to tighten it. You MIGHT be able to do that if you have no back issues, but if you had no back issues, you wouldn't be buying it.

I have been paying physical therapists and a doctor a LOT of money (not to mention time spent getting to appointments) to do what this little brace does: pull my shoulder blades together, opening up my chest muscles, improving my posture,and reducing my neck and shoulder pain. This became a bargain 3.5 seconds into wearing it. The velcro straps made size adjustments very easy. Another reviewer mentioned that it was easier to use this if you have someone help you put it on, and I'll piggyback on that by saying this: the first time you wear it, before you put it on completely, figure out which strap is within easiest reach so that you can pull that strap open and release the brace when you have it on. I ended up sewing a small ribbon securely to the end of one strap so that I could grab it and release the velcro even if I was alone. Once you get this small detail figured out, you'll be golden. I appreciated the move-able padding on the straps that cushioned them against my skin. I would recommend this product.

This item is great for me to remind myself to use correct posture.

it is good, maybe just not for me .... I stopped using it away after a week...

Everything was great only minors problem with comfort and wearing underneath shirts to the point that people can’t tell you are wearing one.

Was to hot to wear for too long

I got this item in good quality. It came with the stretchy resistance band as well. The back brace works well and helps me adjust my posture. It adjusts with velcro straps which I'm nervous will wear out over time but for now it works very well. I do have to adjust it very tight because I have a very small back. I will continue to wear it everyday in my down town to try and retrain my posture.

It doesn’t feel completely comfortable, Iunno if it’s like that because it corrects the posture but I barely wear it.

Without being able to wear the brace, since I live alone, I had to rely on the posture device. I found that wherever you placed the device as per the instructions it wasn't adequate. It did operate partially successfully when stuck to the back of my neck with Scotch tape. Since that was not really the answer I resorted to other methods.

If you love your back this is a product for you.I have several similar products and this one costs very little and performs better than 99% of them.Easy to set for yourself with the size.Maybe a bit more cusioning might be helpful under the pitarms but thats not that critical.Really helps to keep the back and shoulders straight.

I really love this posture corrector, I tried so many so far.Mostly I like that i doesn't have the band below chest, it is small and you can wear it under clothes. Also I like that you can adjust the stripes yourself easy. I am using it for a few days and I noticed it keep my back straight very well. Highly recommend.
