It's perfect!
I use it to make CVG and as a buffer when soaking rye berries. It has performed flawlessly. The 2lb bag is a pretty decent amount and is reasonably priced. The gypsum is finely powdered to a very uniform consistency. There are no chunks, blobs or foreign material in the bag. The bag itself, is very sturdy with a strong zip lock seal and won't disintegrate before you finish the product. Highly recommend!
