This seller went above and beyond to help us with delivery, which had been challenging with Fedex losing 2 out of 5 boxes which made up the entire piece of equipment. We messaged pretty much daily keeping each other apprised of the situation. I always felt assured that he would stand behind the lost delivery if necessary. Once delivered the seller was prompt in answering questions about assembly and sending updated instructions and pictures. The equipment has met our expectations and is a key piece for a home gym. We are beyond satisfied with this purchase and would recommend both the equipment and the seller. I am 5 ft tall and the range is perfect. Any shorter, you may not get a full rep on the downswing of the leg press. My husband is 5' 6" and it is perfect for him as well.

Okay..ordering and delivery were good. Assembly was some work with realtively poor directions. 5 pages...the first showing 4-5 things, second maybe 8+ items, 3rd maybe 12 items and more until page 5 showing " way too many" items. The last 2 pages are way too busy. Make 2 more pages and simplify each.The main roller assembly piece is quite heavy and no where in the assembly directions does it state when or how this piece goes together. It's a joke really.....but I figured it out with a few backup and re-install movements. Machine is not nearly quiet.....rubbing sounds when used at leg press. Overall it's a fairly good machine....which it was more quiet though.

After putting it together I already started my journey. The instructions took some thinking but machine turned out nicely. I recommend this small business. Now to get these legs toned.
