very quiet and it’s easy to set it up
I recently purchased this portable air conditioner and have been very satisfied with its performance. The air conditioner is lightweight and easy to move from room to room, making it a convenient addition to my home. It cools down the room quickly and efficiently, and the temperature control settings are easy to use.One of the things I appreciate about this air conditioner is how quiet it is. I can easily use it in my bedroom without it disturbing my sleep. The included remote control is also a nice feature, allowing me to adjust the temperature and fan speed without having to get up.The only downside to this air conditioner is that the exhaust hose can be a bit tricky to install at first, but once it's set up, it works perfectly fine. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this portable air conditioner to anyone looking for an affordable and effective cooling solution for their home.

Great little unit, get the job done
The media could not be loaded. My 20 year old wall unit just broke down, so I decided to get this portable one and give it a try before summer comes.I’ve been using it for over a week now and so far it works great. It’s not hot right now so I used it for fan/ air circulation in the living room, it brings a decent amount of air flow, and the noise level is tolerable.I owned a Black and Decker portable unit few years ago and I’m ok with the noise as long as it cools down the room. I’ve also tested the cooling mode, when the compressor is on, the cold air coming out is really powerful and cools down the room very fast. It seems like a great value for the money and hopefully will help get us through the summer.

Cool down
So far so good just a couple of weeks now but does what I need it to do size is good portable to some extent (not when vented outside). Wish the drain tubing was longer since my window is up high but I have resolved that. Temp control is easy

A Complete Waste of Money
I purchased this AC unit specifically to cool my 120-square-foot bedroom, expecting it to be more than capable since it’s rated to cool spaces up to 300 square feet. Unfortunately, it barely managed to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. I had to use an additional fan to help circulate the air, which is ridiculous considering the unit's supposed power. The only time my room felt cool enough was at night when it was naturally cooler outside. On some days, I actually got better results by turning off the AC and opening the window, as the unit generated so much heat trying to cool a room that’s less than half of its rated capacity. To make matters worse, less than two months in, the fan on the AC has completely failed. Now, all it does is sit there, producing heat with no way to expel it. This purchase has been nothing but a headache and a huge waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice choice for WFH
Since I start to WFH due to Covid 19 so I need a AC for my study this summer. However, I am getting this one whose size is pretty small so I barely believe it has enough power to cool down the room even instruction says it could works for room with 350 sq.ft. However, once I gave it a try I realized it works great! It totally cools down my study, and unlike other windows AC in my house that needs to be installed, you just need adjust the button to make the panel fit your windows, no struggling to push ac into your windows at all! And remote keeps me stay on my chair while I want to adjust the temperature. Its plug come with safety button and even the control UI looks neat! It really helps me went throught this summer to stay in my study and focus on my job. Thank you !

Works great for the amount of space
I bought knowing it cools area of 450ft not for whole home. The app is nice to have as well. I keep a small bucket for the tube to drain the condensation/water and empty before bed . Easy to set up and install to window. Enclosed in box is a warrant card . Be sure to submit via email before 10 days of purchase . It doesn’t keep living area freezing when it’s 80+ but definitely lowers the heat inside home .

Not for a bedroom.
UPDATE: Customer Service was wonderful. They were email only - but yet there every day to help me.To get the app to work I had to re-install. So far its wonderful. You can cut the slider to fit the window. Maybe thats a "given" but not to me - I had thought it was simply too big to fit. If you get stuck like I did - Before leave a one star review - please contact them. They are very willing to help. I am leaving the original review just in case you have the same roadblocks I did and please know you can get past them. Now, if only summer would come!UPDATE: so now it is May in New York state and is my first time I can really use it. This is not a good unit for a bedroom. Basically it hits the bed and bounces off. I'm going to need to put it on a platform to even feel the air. I had it on all night and still had to hang my leg off the side of the bed to feel it hit me. I was much better with an air conditioner in a window because it's higher. This is about 5 inches lower than the bed. I even tested it with a closed door and left the room for a while. When I opened the door it was maybe three degrees lower. I almost think there might be something wrong with it. Hard to believe that's how much it would cool a room after 2 hours. And it wasn't even a super hot day. Unfortunately I bought this on Black Friday and can't return.Another reason it's not good for a bedroom is it is super loud. I realize now on this Amazon listing that one part It says 55 DB and then in another part it says 45 db. I never buy anything under 55. So I'm assuming this is a 45ORIGINAL REVIEWI bought this on Black Friday...If it wasn't so long ago - I would just return it. This should be the simplest thing I ever set up in my 45 years of living outside my parents home. Nope!* Wi-fi- have tried for almost 2 hours (and yes its on 2.4g ) and wont hook up. It continually says "wrong network"* App is useless (and poorly rated like a 2.3 star. Even has typos in it)* Does not tell you what to do if you have to modify the window seal - I had to go onto Frigidaire's Air Conditioning site and look up one of THEIR manuals and I learned SO much more.* App and booklet talk about settings that don't exist (like reset and a few others)I hope to update this once I get everything working.
