Screws too short
Save the screws from your old battery because the ones that come with this one are too short. You will have to re-use the old ones.

It works but doesn’t calibrate with my laptop giving me about 3 hours of usage when it should be closer to 7-9

Installation Much Easier Than Expected
I brought my HP EliteBook 850 G4 to a professional battery replacement shop and they told me they couldn't complete the install. Not knowing what to do next, I went on YouTube and reviewed videos on how to replace the battery. Looked straightforward and simple-so I ordered a replacement. Expecting the worst, I followed instructions and was all wrapped up in about 15 minutes! Fastest repair I've ever done. All is working fine. If you have this HP model, don't hesitate to buy the battery and DIY. You'll save lots of cash and have the pride of having done something a professional said was too complicated to complete!
