Do they have pandan aroma or not? real pandan leaves have to have strong pandan aroma when fresh.

Yes. It does have the fragrance of pandan leaves. These are real pandan leaves but I have to discard about 1/4 of them because they are brown and slimy. I now use canned pandan extract (not concentrate) I found at my local Korean grocer. Use coconut palm sugar when cooking with pandan to enhance its flavor. You could buy the plant and try to grow your own if you live in the south like Florida.

How to store this fresh leaves ?

I put them uncovered in my fruit and vegetables bin.

Fragrant infusion

Thess artived fresh. I chopped them up and added to a bottle of midgrade vodka. A week later the vodka was fragrant with vanilla and toasted almonds. Makes a lovely and unique cocktail. Can't wait until its in stock again.
