The perfect hose
These 1" , flexible, steel hoses are perfect for the Aquasure water softner. A DIY install was pretty simple. I used the 18" length flexible hoses. Great price for these quality hoses

Worked well for my setup
I bought four of these to install a whole house water filter system and booster pump in a small room. I needed the ability to easily adjust items during this install and a simple way to remove/replace items if needed. They do cost a little more than I would have liked, but worth the cost to gain the access I needed. These do need to be pretty straight at the connector, otherwise it will leak, pretty obvious though. They are not very easy to manipulate, since they are 1" lines. Easy enough for me to put in and be successful though. I would definitely use these again if needed.

Good quality - perfect fit
Exactly as advertised. Very good quality and sturdy build. I used two of these to install a water softener for the house. Perfect fit and no leaks. Instead of the included PTFE tape, I used PTFE paste thread sealant and assembly was quick and easy. When I received the water lines they were bent in a "U" shape for shipping. It was easy enough to unbend them and form them into the shape I needed, but do the work carefully so as to not stress the lines or put a kink into them.

You’ll need lots of thread sealant or tape
Works fine once I applied a rather excessive amount of Teflon tape to the threads.

Available Only Here, A Must for DYI'ers
Putting in my own water softener and this is the type of thing I tried to buy at the local big box store. The water softener has NPT threads on it, the water supply pipes which are PEX in my new home have NPT, so why can't you find these at the big box store with NPT fittings???? None of them have it, none of them will even have it for mail order. Everything is NPT but these are sold for old fashioned Iron Pipe in the big box stores. These are just a good as other fittings I've ever had and seen installed in older homes that fit iron pipes. All new construction for many years now uses PEX piping and New Flash big box stores PEX is NPT not Iron Pipe threads. The price is just a good here, so I suggest not knocking your self out trying to find these local cause thy aint there, I checked the two big box stores, the local Ace stores and a host of other plumbing stores, should have just looked here from the start.

Perfect replacement
Neighbor had a leaky hose to water-softener... this fit perfect. Added some teflon tape, and zero leaks.

Easy, flexible installation
These are working perfectly and it was great having the flexibility in the installation. They made installation a snap. They are being used outdoors in a humid environment so I am hopeful the stainless steel aspect holds up. They have been installed for about 2 months to date. We'll see how they do in the long haul.

Leaks on the flex pipe connection.
The easy to install on flex pipe part sounded great but since it leaked it was less than pleasant. I removed it and cut more off the plex line and tried again. Same story. One of the pipes worked perfectly but the other nope...
