Love this in my coffee
This is my absolute new favorite healthy treat. I add to my coffee with soy milk and it’s delicious. Sometimes I even blend it with ice cubes and soy milk and it’s like a cool treat. You only need a quarter teaspoon as it’s very potent. Peppermint is also very good for your health.
