Awesome product and....
A great value, but the dose is too much for me and I open and divide the capsules into empty capsules that I buy just for this purpose. I dont mind as the value is great and I have other products that I divide in the same manner.I always look for Swanson products as they invariably represent the best value for the product purchased.
