Very good sealer
Currently renovating a house, new concreate slab put down but was a bit dusty including the downstairs toilet.You can use PVA but it will not provide a seal and it ever become wet, floor may become tacky. Down stairs toilet was going to be tiled so correct primer to use is SBR.Well worth the purchase, overall very happy and would recommend

Sealed nicotine soaked ceilings
It was recommended to me to use this product on mynew house as the previous owners were chain smokers.I decorated pubs in the 80’s and I’ve never seen anything as bad as this, but the SBR has held it back after washing with sugar soap (2 days to wash the lounge ceiling!) then skimmed plastered and vinyl painted.So far, nothing has grinned through, so yes for this use I found it an excellent product better than unibond for sure.

good sealing and adhesion
Used to prepare old, crumbling concrete pathway prior to re-painting. It worked extremely well stabilising and sealing.
