If you like rhubarb, you will love this product. I live in the South and rhubarb is very special, but impossible to find. This is excellent!

As all rhubarb lovers know, the reason we love rhubarb is that it is very tart and has one of the most unique flavors on the planet.This is why I searched for rhubarb jam online, in the hopes of attaining one of my all-time favorite flavors in spreadable form, so that I could enjoy it intermittently on toast or with peanut butter.This jam is too sweet. The ingredients are pure and simple, but the proportion of sugar to rhubarb is too high, resulting in a barely discernible rhubarb flavor and too much sweetness. Also, the color is not very appetizing, it is brown rather than pink. Too bad...I don't know what the alternative is so, for now, my quest continues.

this product is too sweet and too much pectin. it is gooey,cloudy and not a good color for rhubarb. it is almost a rust color.i cannot smell the rhubarb but almost smells old or perhaps very over cooked.I am from Duluth Minnesota and we had it growing in the back yard and we made jams,pies, crunches,sauce for ice cream. If I had done a blind taste test on this product I would never had guessed it was rhubarb anything.Company needs to start over with a new recipe and product control.

I ordered three jars of jam. I was quite disappointed after taking my first taste. It had no definite taste. In fact, I covered the label and asked friends to guess the flavor. Nobody could tell me the correct flavor. I got rid of all three jars. What a waste!
