Basically it is reasonably well made and comes with a fairly comprehensive manual on how to put it together. It does say that ideally it is a 2 person job to put it together - a few days off my 70th birthday, I managed it but a helping hand would of indeed made it a bit easier.Unpacking the sauna was a fair challenge. It was very well packed and it will take at least two car trips to the re-cycling point to dispose of the wrapping.The result of this excellent packing is that despite a couple of thousand miles travel across Europe, the damage was absolutely minimum - just a very small split on one base corner foot.Again, in assembling the sauna, the only difficult part I had was assembling the front (the glass door made the front panel by far the heaviest part of the sauna - I did try removing the glass but having removed the screws, the glass seemed to have been welded or glued to the hinge so I gave that up and just struggled to actually drop the front into place).Everything else was quite easy though I am still a bit lost on what to do with the "comfortable ergonomic backrest" which does not seem fit into or onto anything.Everything seems to work although the 5-6 min warm up is a bit optimistic as it took over 15 min to get to 40c.I am 5' 11" tall and I just had enough room to sit comfortably in the cabin.One other point to keep in mind is that you need to allow a five inch gap around the sauna for fire safety reasons. This may be important if you are short of room.Overall the workmanship appears excellent and the only manufacturing "botch job" was on a roof panel wiring access hole where the thin wood disintegrated when the hole was being cut but this is well hidden by one of the many fire warning notices which seem to be stuck on just about every part of the sauna. Even with that minor botch, I am well satisfied with the sauna.I have had one session so far and have no complaints :-)

Top quality construction, very easy to assemble, fast warm up time. This sauna proved to be way above my expectations in every aspect. Great communication from Aqualine and brilliant service from the delivery company.
