perfect size, super bright, long lasting charge!!

The media could not be loaded. We bought the lamppost for our Narnia theme party. It was perfect. It is solar powered so I plan on using it on my front porch now that the party is over. The light on it is nice and bright. It’s extremely easy to assemble. We had to screw the base into a piece of plywood to keep it stable, just like the instructions suggest. Great purchase.

This light is very bright on the low setting and it stays lit through the night. I wish it had a larger bottom piece to keep it stable during windy days. I bought a planter and stuck the pole into it and filled it with dirt.

Beautifully classic. Bright light. But not overpowering. Survived 2 hurricanes so we know it’s sturdy.

The description says glass/metal, which technically is true, but the only lightbulb is glass. The lantern and base are plastic, but the pole is metal. It is somewhat “top-heavy”, so you couldn’t just sit it on a deck without the wind blowing it over. Screws are included, so it’s meant to be attached to something, even if it’s just a heavy board. Comes with base, not a stake to put it directly in the soil. (Not promised in description, but is in one video.) Probably could bury the post if you don’t mind it shorter. The brightness is as advertised. It’s a 50 lumen solar light, not as bright as an electric light, but brightens the back yard enough to see the dogs move around. Worth the price.

These lights are so pretty. They are very easy to install. The brightness is just right, not too bright but bright enough light up our driveway entrance. What's absolutely the best is they light up when it gets dark and STAY LIT until sunrise. We've tried otherbrands but these are the best for the price. Would definitely buy again.Ok, after a couple of cloudy days for most of the day, one light stays bright at night while the other shaded light will only stay on for a few hours. I'm not returning them yet as I want to give them another chance. Kinda disappointed.After days of testing, we are returning them. They do not stay in until dawn. They are very pretty for the short time they stay lit. Just our experience.

Just received the lamp post this afternoon. It was easy to assemble...just screw the four pole pieces together and push on the lamp and base. It looks very nice. One problem is the ad says you can put it on a variety of surfaces and it does come with anchors and screws, however, you CANNOT anchor it in a dirt flower bed. The anchors it comes with do not even come close to working for that. We even tried drilling three additional holes and using tent stakes to anchor it but they all just pulled out and did not provide the stability it needed. As you can see from the pictures we ended up putting it in a large flower pot then anchored it with heavy river rocks...making it very sturdy. It turned out to be very pretty and we are happy with it even though at first we did not plan on putting it in a pot. Knowing what to expect and Despite the complication of anchoring it, we would gladly buy it again.
