Best Gun!!
My son asked for this as a gift and we were so impressed with the quality of it, when it arrived. It is made of metal, not plastic. It has weight, but not like a real gun. Very durable, very playable. It is very well taken care of because of the quality my son sees in it. Would totally recommend this product.

Good gun
The gun caught on fire sometimes but it worked well. so that's why I gave it a three but it shot well. It was loud and my child liked it

Defective twice
Bought this gun for my 8 year old, and it came defective with the barrel falling out every time he shot the gun. I returned it and ordered a replacement. When it came, this time, the barrel was stuck and wouldn't move, so if you wanted the caps to go off, you would have to move the barrel manually - which defeats the purpose.In all honesty, it's a really nice looking gun - it looks sturdy and well made, and is a nice replica toy seemingly of good quality. I don't know how I ended up with 2 duds in a row, but I did - which is too bad. I ended up ordering another Parris gun called Big Tex which is nice, but I hated the belt and holster, they were very cheap and cheesy looking.

Nice holster, weight, feel, this one shot well
Unlike its rebel cousin that I also bought, this one was reliable from the start. I like that flap holster too. But my CSA one of the same model needed a cylinder shim to fire right. Very nice weight, well made with metal frame and cylinder.

Great cap gun
Well made, my grandson loves it. Caps are easy to purchase at Walmart. Better than other purchased cap gun( BILLY THE KID).After my grandson ( age 9 ) had used that gun for 25 minutes, the latch broke. It was a birthday gift and he was very disappointed. Have since replaced it with Billy Yank gun and no problems.

Dont buy if u r looking for an actual CAP gun that makes noise.
Firing mechanism detonates a cap one of approximately every 5 times. Fruatrating for me as an adult, but my 6 year old seemed fine playing with it without using the caps at all so i kept it. Made of sturdy metal which is nice.

Its fun and is not all plastic.
My son likes it. it funs to load and is heavy feeling with the body being metal.
