Brooklyn Cured Sliced Bresaola, 3 OZ

Perfect addition to our charcuterie night! The beef arrived vacuum packed. Cured well and slices were individual and fresh. the taste was light and smooth. We will definitely be purchasing again.

This was purchased as a gift for my husband, who is very picky about what he eats - his words were "This is wonderful - full of flavor!" He also said the texture was perfect.

After looking at the steps to make my own Breseola, this was the best option. Very tasty. A notch above prosciutto when needed.

Absolutely delicious and smoky

I compare this bresaola to the stuff I normally get in Europe and this, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The flavor is just off in what comes across as almost artificial.

This product has absolutely nothing to do with bresaola. It’s chemicals laced meat without any similarity to bresaola.
