Great purchase. Have used for 4 months and love it.
We upgraded from the "egg-shaped" air fryer that came out years ago. Noticed we were using it more than we thought we would and figured more cooking space would be beneficial. This one is great. Cooks everything perfectly, and options for placement of food is a huge bonus. It also has options for baking and dehydrating, which I haven't tried yet, but will get there and be able to ditch the dehydrator. It is compact enough to take less space on the counter, looks nice, and works well (we have been using it regularly for 4 months). The cleaning is easy too! I keep the smooth pan on the bottom in case something drips (or crumbs) and clean up is super easy as all the shelves come out and go into dishwasher.

I really like this thing.
Everyone kept telling me they love their air fryer, so I wanted one. I became obsessed with finding the perfect one for me so after a month I settled on this one. First thing I made was berry crisp, threw the stuff together in a couple single serve bake dishes, set it to 350 for 40 minutes and it was perfect. No preheating, no heating the entire apartment, just perfect crisp. There were several complaints from other buyers who said there were missing pieces or their units didn't work, or initially worked and then stopped working. Mine came very well packaged, no damage, all parts included, so I have no complaints there but I understand if maybe some sellers are less thorough or trustworthy in regards to the products they provide. Some complained that it was loud. This is the most quiet kitchen appliance I have ever purchased, it makes less noise than my microwave. Also, I'm not quite sure why people complain that the drip tray isn't large enough, it's literally the same dimensions as the bottom of the unit, so any spill-over should land on the tray unless you're filling this unit over capacity somehow, not sure how that is possible. I also want to mention that although heat did radiate from the unit immediately around it, it did not heat up my kitchen and it stayed warm to the touch but it wasn't hot so despite baking for 40 minutes I was able to open the oven door with my bare hands. . . Anyway, I'm very happy, so far. This is only day one so I will come back and update.***Update*** Sept. 25. . . 2 months after purchase:I’m still in-love with this item. No electrical issues, whatsoever. Looks like others have had theirs just outright die after working perfectly the first few days or month. Thankfully, that is not the case with mine. Others also reported the door not shutting properly or at all. This, too, has not been an issue. I’ve basically used this item every other day since it arrived. The only thing I will say is that there is definitely room for improvement. But, I’m just not picky enough to care, I am content in my complacency. For those of you who do care about such details: The temp is set in increments of 10 degrees, 5 would be better. Also, if you decide to stop cooking sooner than the time you’ve set it for, the unit never turns off like it would if the timer completed and it’s “finished.” There is no “clear” or reset button or even an on/off button, so if it bothers you that the screen doesn’t power down and displays the minutes remaining until you decide to use it again then you’re forced to just unplug the unit and plug it back in. And when the timer is done the “BEEP” is very loud and it will beep 5 times, no matter what, it will not be silenced until it has completed its beeps. But there is actually an updated model of this item so these features might be improved (although I have no idea) but it might be worth checking that newer model out if these would be issues for you.**8 month update**The plastic on the handle has cracked, but it does not interfere with the functionality and I am still in love.** 2.5 year update, Jan 2024**Still works with consistent use!

Works very well.
Bigger than I am used to but very easy to operate. Cooks foods beautifully. Does dehydrating which I will use in the summer and rotisserie. Can broil on high and object in thehighest rack. Actually worth the money. Easy to clean up, too.

good price for the size
I had the smaller size (10 oz) one and it broke after a couple years, you couldnt touch the touchscreen buttons/they wouldnt work. so that's why i put this down one star. but so far this version, the bigger one, has been working really well. i like the size of it and it was only like 10 dollars more so its worth it to go for the bigger one. haven't had any issues with the buttons so far. it cooks things fast and makes the food taste better than in a microwave!

Didn't work out for me, not what I was hoping for.
Ok, I try not to leave bad reviews because I feel bad. I understand that a product is created by people and people are relying on that product so I hate to feel that any negativity I may have experienced would reflect poorly on that product and it's origins. I'm going to preface this by saying maybe for other households, this might be a mighty little appliance. It didn't do for me. I was looking for something to replace my air fryer and my convection toaster oven, but I needed it to be something that would function at least 85% as well for both appliances. The good points - It's cute. It's very streamlined, almost like a little space capsule. Doesn't have a large footprint on the counter; it's so shiny and black and came with all of its accessories all perfectly packaged. And for the record, I did not notice any gas off odors while cooking. I won't say that was any issue for me. No problems there. So I took everything out and washed/prepped it for my first use (and the only one as it would turn out). I wanted to make fries. Now I'm a french fry fanatic. I mean, I love them. Everyone in my life knows that the key to my heart is french fries. Co-workers need some assistance at work? Sure, if you want to return the favor...bring me some fries. I don't need Starbucks man, carb me up! So here I am; I figure, what's easier to do than frozen fries. I put some in all the top 2 layers and put 2 frozen beef patties on the bottom layer. Well, I'll be darned if that thing took forever to cook the food. I mean it; it was like 3 cycles of 20 minutes each. I could not figure what was wrong. It was hot; it's not like it didn't get hot. I rotated the trays; I shuffled things around It wasn't overfilled although on that note, I don't think it was what I would consider a family size oven. Of course, I'm not comparing it to a standard oven, it just seemed like the usable space inside was not enough to accommodate the amount of food needed to feed more than 1-2 with ease. I'm not a large person; 5 feet tall and 100 pounds soaking wet; my husband is 6 feet and tipping the scales at 220 so I guess the 2 of us is like 3 average-ish people. If we had kids, somebody was not going to get fed. So after all that trying and shuffling and watching and waiting, in the end; it suddenly went over the threshold for yumability in a heartbeat. I figured I'd go all out and toast the buns; it worked only nominally better. Not the best toasting, that also took some finagling. Maybe it wasn't the machine, maybe it was me; it sensed my doubt and could not live up to my hopes and dreams. Well, it was a very sad dinner that we had that night with the dried out fries and the dried out burgers. I was bitter. And then I had to wash those trays. Nope; that was not fun. I soaked them and scrubbed them with a brush and got them somehow clean again, but I had already come to the conclusion that our short relationship had come to an end. I sent it packing the next morning; I hadn't even had it a whole 24 hours. I will give you that I did not test out it's other functions. But if it don't air fry and toast well for me; then it's got to go. I won't say don't give it a try yourself. Take it with a grain of salt. I've sometimes ready glowing reviews for things that I thought was madness and sometimes took a chance on items that didn't get great reviews for which the product performed like a rock star. Maybe I didn't give it enough tries. I can't say because that moment has passed. I did end up buying a different brand's air fryer convection oven grill appliance and I gotta say I love it. Shop around, read the reviews, decide for yourself. Just throwing my thoughts out in the universe for absorption.
