BQLZR 1 Pair 15" Music Conductor Baton with Black ABS Handle

This is an excellent, pair of inexpensive batons. They arrived in perfect working order. (Batons from other sellers have arrived broken, so I was happy to see these in one piece.) These are also excellent batons for throwing at musicians. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee that anyone will follow the conductor, although conducting with one in each hand is helpful.

These are sturdy batons for the 'vigorous' rehearsal and fancy enough for performance. Because the price is so reasonable, They are great for my student conductors as well.

I bought these for a costume and I'm not actually a conductor, so I can't tell you their usefulness in that aspect, but I'll review as best as I can.The batons I received are very light and seemingly sturdy, and sit pretty comfortably in my hand. All the parts are a smooth plastic (baton is matte finish, handle is shinier), and the batons are simply glued into the handles. There was some glue sticking out around the edge of the seam, but it was easy enough to get off. Mine seemed to be perfectly straight, and held up to me flinging/catching/tapping on various things throughout the day.Overall, I'd say if you need some cheap batons, these'll do the trick.

Lightweight and sturdy. This feels like it will last for a long while. My wooden one broke way to easily.

Overall it's a good product.

The batons are lightweight and very easy to hold. I have been using a 12" King David with a pear-shaped cork handle and at least one more baton to keep with our sound system so I'd always have a baton for concerts. I did find that the 15" was a bit cumbersome for me to handle. It was an easy task to shorten the two batons down to a 12" and also to paint them my signature "international orange with silver glitter". My chorus was disappointed that I didn't paid the two new ones different colors. I might go back and do one up in more traditional Christmas colors for our Christmas Concert Season. At the price offered, they are a fabulous tool for any director!

It worked well but the none handel part gave me splinters.

Perfect transaction! Purchased for my 9 yr old who is fascinated with all aspects of music. Great for a beginner, quite durable, good weight!
