Tasty noodles
These noodles are delicious especially the spicy one I don’t feel full after eating them very light and right portions size

Pretty good
For starters this is very pricey for some ramen that comes in almost half the portion compared to top ramen and maruchan brands, however the flavor is good and does taste more craft than the cheaper brands. As for the noodles I actually found them tasty but they do have to steep for about 10-12 minutes not just 6 like stated in the package. I did not have the chalky, chewy texture that others are complaining about. I would suggest cooking them for longer.

Still searching for a healthy Ramen!
Googled a lot of reviews, and Mike's Mighty Good Ramen frequently came up. I would say it's more like Mike's Pretty Good Ramen. The broth is flavorful; however, I was VERY tempted to add salt! I know, defeats the purpose. The portion of noodles was on the small side but made a decent size bowl of soup. However, let's face it, when you're talking Ramen, you're talking NOODLES! That's where I was a little disappointed. It's not that the noodles were bad tasting, but it wasn't the satisfying noodles we find in the cheaper, unhealthy ones. So, IF you're REALLY determined to stick to healthy, then these might do. Personally, I think I'd rather cut back and eat them less often... BUT when I do eat them, then I want to enjoy it!

Snack sized & odd flavor.
Such a small portion for the price. Purchased the 4pk sampler. Tried the spicy beef & have no desire to try the other 3 flavors. Didn't taste like beef, not sure what the flavor was??? The noodles were just OK, nothing special about the 2 mouthsfull that it makes! The instructions say to let sit for 6 min! The liquid cools off by the time it's ready. Don't understand how it gets any good reviews.

Best Ramen Out There
I decided to try the sample pack after hearing about Mike’s on my favorite podcast, SYSK. I was not disappointed. The flavors are rich and perfectly seasoned, not overly salty like many other brands. My favorite so far is the spicy beef. They’re a good size for a balanced lunch or light dinner. I like to add sliced green onions, slivers of carrot, cilantro, and a soft boiled egg to mine as well. Highly recommend this brand!

Okay-ish, but won't be buying again
It boils down (pun intended) to two things: 1) Cost, and 2) the noodles. If we are going to pay a premium price, we expect a very good all-around product. But when I opened my first container of this ramen, I actually belly laughed. The tiny amount of noodles you get is actually comical. What on earth caused them to decide to give us so little product? We have to assume that either they are super expensive to produce (really?), or maybe if there were more noodles, they would *never* cook. And believe me, you have to cook these way longer than the instructions indicate, or they remain too undercooked and overly chewy. So, to summarize: a miniscule amount of noodles, that take forever to cook, for a premium price. The broth is good. Tasty and not overly salty - and of course we tried the product to reduce sodium, so I was pleased at how much flavor they got out of a less salty broth. Which makes it too bad the noodles, and the price.

A little pricey, but worth it
I only bought these initially because one of the hosts of my favorite podcast (Stuff You Should Know) praised the brand. And he's right - rich broth, nicely toothsome noodles, good flavor. A little expensive (especially when we're all used to getting a pack of ramen for less than 50 cents), but worth it. :)
