Keeps your drinks hot
I am very pleased with my mug and it keeps my drink hot for my 2.5 hour weekly commute. I dont know about longer and its a great improvement on other brands I have tried - not sure why the review next to me has a heat problem.

A vacuum flask that doesn't work, research your seller first.
I have a Tefal travel mug already, I wanted another. I bought one from BigWhiteRabbit. It doesn't keep drinks hot. I've tested it against my (identical) Tefal flask which does.It looses temperature very quickly which makes me think the vacuum isn't sealed or working correctly.Make sure you buy from a reputable seller and have the right to return.
