Glad I found this one!
5'1 -148lbs -hourglass shape. Post panilectomy/ abdomonoplasty. I ordered based on measurements and it was pretty accurate. I started with a size large at 4weeks post op and then went down to medium. I wish I had used this faja sooner! I tried on 4 different brands. This was my favorite! Very comfortable. I wore 24hrs except showering. I was able to thread my drains out the front.Positives: Excellent quality. Great compression level. I have thick legs and they don't cut or roll. The zipper for restroom is a life saver I can go #1 and #2 safely. I liked having 2 levels of hooks. It was tight in the waste and across hips. Nice bands to support rear.Possible improvements: The crouch zipper rides up a little when sitting but manageable. I suggest pulling from inside to hike up the leg part a bit which helps. I didnt get a bbl and thought the butt seemed tight.I would also buy a short version without shoulder strap if available.

Size up!
Very comfortable however it does run small. I’m 5’6 about 155lbs and I ordered the large. It fits snug on the first hook.

Sizing disaster
Sizing is way, way, way off. Based on their chart I'm a small, but after reading the reviews I decided to order up two more sizes for a large. When the item arrived I could tell it was not going to work. The instructional video said it would seem like it was too small, so I went ahead and tried anyway... This was a very painful experience as I had recently had a tummy tuck. Just for a reference, my hips are pretty narrow and I have a flat bum-bum. I weigh 135 lb, w/hips 37" and waist 33". As I was trying to move the garment over my hips, I injured my hands, & tender scars. I finally got the thing over my hips, but it was very painful & VERY tight in the crotch region, where the metal hooks dug in. I stretched the garment like it said to do in the video but I was only able to get it up half past my sternum before I gave up. Super frustrating. So after all this, I would probably need an XXL, 4X the recommended size, but I didn't chance it. I went with the Marena (Large) instead, and it is sooo much better. I am also not tall (5'1"), but the M&D garment was pretty short on my torso and legs. This product might be good for you if you are already skinny & short, and wanting to cinch your waist for a tight dress or whatever--which it certainly does. The material and hooks are good quality and the straps were really great-wide and comfy. Otherwise I am super disappointed, but the return process was easy, so I can't be too upset 😉

The BEST Faja ever. Very soft and comfortable.
Nothing compares to this faja. It is the most comfortable one I have found so far. It is soft and comfortable. It has a zipper crotch that does not hurt. It is made well. It is easy to use the restroom and it does not ride up and cause pain. The material is thick and soft. Inside is sewn so your body doesn't get all marked up by creases. The shoulder straps are padded and very very comfortable. They don't dig into my arms. This is the best faja. The straps are adjustable and the buckles don't dig into my arm pits like most. The buttocks area is perfect. It's not constricting at all. The material in the buttocks area is thinner. This faja also gives you a bottom uplift. The bottom comes just above my knees. It is not tight or restricting. This is the only one I sleep in and feel comfortable. I bought 2 more. This ran color is the only color I have found so far.I can literally wear this faja for 23 hours and it won't bother me anyplace. This is definately the best. I would also like to note that it is warm. If you're a cold person this one is for you. This faja is tough to wear on hot days because of the confinement. But, it's still 100% with it. I highly recommend this as the best sleeping faja ever.

Short torso beware
I’ve been having a very difficult time finding fajas that fit my torso. It seems as though most are made for women who have long torsos. I don’t think I have that short of a torso, but I guess this company thinks that women are much longer in the trunk than they truly are. Because it is so long in the torso it makes it very difficult to stay in a seated position. This item is only comfortable when standing.I will say that the interior is very soft, and I like where it hits me on my knees. The compression is great. I do advise you to follow the size chart. I also love the zipper at the crotch. And I really appreciate that. There is no lace at the bottom of the knee. Now, if we could just have varying sizes for torsos as options, that would be fantastic and then this product would get 100% like from me.

Nice faja, just a couple of minuses.
The size chart is off in my case. I ordered a small based on previous experiences and it fits fine, typically I would order Medium bc of my measurements. (Waits 34in and hips 39)It does stretch a bit. The knee length is my favorite the zipper at the crotch is uncomfortable, the hole doesn’t open enough for #1. The straps are short, I had to add an extra piece for comfort. Overall compression is nice. But bs of the straps and crotch I won’t be buying more.
