4MM 3 CORE SWA ARMOURED CABLE 5 METERS 6943X

Used to run from a spur to a shed. Great quality, the thickness is about 13.8mm. Hopefully that'll help someone down the line as I couldn't see the that anywhere when I purchased.

Arrived on time at a good price but i ordered 5 metres it was a little less than that and could have caused me problems if i had not have calculated a bit extra therefore disapointed with that, make sure you order a little extra, would have given a 5 scrore but for the measurments.

Not really much to say about this cable other than it came as described, measured to the right length, and does the job of powering our hot tub perfectly.If you're not experienced with armoured cable, it's the usual 3 cores inside an internal rubber sheathing, surrounded by lots of steel wires which give it its armoured quality, then an external rubber sheathing. I probably haven't got the "right tools" to cut this to length as it took a bit of hacksawing / wire clipping to get the sheath off, then I cut the steel armoured wires two at a time with wire cutters, then did the rest of the wiring as usual. This made for a rather lengthy job but hopefully I'll only have to do it once...

Arrived as expected and used it to wire up my EV charger. Good quality
