54" Steel Framed Shatterproof Backboard, In-Ground Basketball System

Arrived a few days late but not bad considering the holiday. Three bolts and 4 nuts missing so far. Difficult directions.

This hoop is extremely difficult to put together considering many of the poles do not line up and the screws barely fit into the holes. And the directions are poorly written. My husband is on day 3 of trying to put it together due to it being so frustrating to assemble. If it wasn’t already cemented into the ground and halfway put together, we would be returning it. We do not recommend this product.

I'm missing the nuts and screws for parts 68 and 69. How do I get these parts?

The hoop is sturdy and looks good, however the assembly was a pain in the @$$.The self tapping screws are worthless, had to use my own. And lining the holes up to get the rods through were difficult. When done though it looks good and my son enjoys it.

Purchased and finally arrived missing a section of the pole, no hardware to put it together, the handle to raise and lower and no net. When the package arrived it was obvious this had been sold prior to purchase and returned then resold.

This is a great basketball hoop, but the directions are absolutely horrible and vague.
