Be Victorious (Revelation): In Christ You Are an Overcomer Paperback – June 1, 2008

Read this commentary along with others…this was the most concise and well understood

I have included the first 7 pages of Chapter One to begin my review. In case a reader is wanting a small taste of the book. It is well written and this way a customer can read a little to see this...for themselves. I am on page 80 right now. And really am getting alot from this book. I have always avoided reading Revelations. It is a very difficult book to understand. I needed help. I trust anything Warren Wiersbe has written because I wrote to several pastors of various churches I knew that were dynamic and reached out to community to ask them which authors were the best when looking for a good Bible study guide. And Warren Weirsbe"s name kept coming up from that inquiry. I am really loving this Bible study.

Brought this book for my Sunday Scool class and everyone enjoyed the book and provided great thought provocative conversations for the class.

Good for study

It’s a good study with group and has good basic questions. You will have a good understanding and only reason not a 5 is bc IF you want this by yourself, not so much - but with group is really good. Hope that makes sense.

My parents and I love Warren W’s books. We are reading and discussing this together, taking on a chapter a week, typically. We answer the questions at the end of the book, together. It has been a delight learning what they think about different facets of life, through their answers. Should be read along with Revelation in the Bible, while asking God to reveal the TRUTH, IMO.

I've been using this book for our Bible Study Group very successfully for the past 8 weeks. It is meant to be used as an individual study guide along with group discussion. Each of the sections in the book cover 2-3 chapters of Revelations. Our group of 6-7 people meets weekly and we are taking one section per week. There are 8 questions per section on average, and we typically take the full 90 mins to discuss them. The questions are more than just content, they promote great discussion. I would recommend "BE Victorious" as an excellent tool to support an in-depth Group Study of Revelations.
