Fabulous office chair! Super comfortable with well padded cushioning. The fabric is so soft and absolutely perfect for a female's office. I hate leather/pleather/plastic chairs because they are not breathable. The fabric on this chair is breathable and I highly recommend this for your office. The casters are well made and the handles are sturdy. Great office chair! The height is adjustable and you can lock the back in place. If the back is not locked, it rocks slightly.

Man I am so happy with my new chair! Compared to the cheap chair I had this is so nice. You can tell it’s a quality product. I work from home and after 8+ hours neither my back nor butt hurt anymore like they used to with my previous chair. The padding is so comfortable Almost like sitting on a couch. Lumbar support is great as well. You can have it low or high and recline it if you want. And it’s made out of fabric and not leather, which was the main thing that attracted me to it other than the brand name and look of the chair. Assembling it was a breeze as well. The only negative is that it does have a weird smell, I don’t know how to describe it, but I’m hoping it goes away with time. I’ve had it for 4 days and actually look forward to work so I can sit in my chair 🤣Update: Ok, so I’ve had the chair for about 8 months now and the weird smell I was talking about is gone. I still love my chair and find it as comfortable as I did on day one. It still looks great as well and I use it quite a bit as I still work from home full time. I no longer look forward to work though 😂

First off, I weigh 275 pounds, am 5 foot 10 inches tall and the description does say its max weight is up to 250 pounds, but so far it is doing good. The seat is really comfortable, the back rest is good and hasn't made my back hurt at all, I don't get sitting fatigue after just an hour like my last chair and it was fairly easy to put together and the instructions were very clear and it had everything needed plus some extra pieces.The arm rests are pretty thin and after a while can start to dig in to your elbows and forearms even with the padding, its not terrible but definitely noticeable. someone slightly bigger than me may find their legs pushed together a little too much for comfort. you cant lock your back rest in certain angles meaning it will always go back to 90 degrees. Its not too difficult to place your feet on the wheels in a way to keep your back angled in a specific way, but having a locking feature would be nice.Other than those small gripes its an overall comfy chair that does what it needs to and is worth the money if you are my size or smaller.

I don't think I recommend this chair simply because it seems like the company practices some pretty scummy business habits.From my personal experience, the chair is perfectly fine. The support sucks, but the comfort and assembly was just OK. This chair works amazingly for me, and it feels quite nice to sit on. Fits my room aesthetic.However, I can't give this chair anymore than 3 stars because of those bad reviews. They're massive blemishes to this chairs reputation IMHO. The chance of buying this chair just to get cucked makes it not worth it at all. If you're fine with taking a little bit of a risk, go ahead, but don't be surprised when you receive some run down scuffed up piece of crap. I recommend just looking for a better chair, or not buying from La-Z-Boy period.

I’ve been trying to return the item, but the chair will not detach without me using a hammer to disassemble. The parts are bent. Very disappointed and I probably will have to throw it out. Wish there was an option to drop the chair off built. I want my money back.

The chair is easy to assemble (took maybe 15 minutes) and is good quality leather and comfortable. But, this is definitely not an every day chair like I thought. The back is locked in a 90 degree angle with the seat unlike the Serta I replaced so the whole chair and seat move back instead of just the back. It's also not as wide as I thought, I am a bit weird in that I like to cross my legs occassionally in the chair and it's very uncomfortable in this chair. Unfortunately, I think I will have to be sending it back and replacing it with something else from Serta.

Initial thoughts: perfect.Took me 35 mins to unbox and assemble. If you’ve done any ikea furniture then you’ll agree this is a piece of cake to put together.Tips: be patient with the wheels when inserting. You want to put less pressure on the wheel and more on the stem to leverage them in. For arms I started with gently screwing the upper screw first to hold it in place BUT don’t tighten it. You’ll need a little slack on the bottom screw hole to get it to align with the bottom seat. Once placed tighten them as usual but be weary of over tightening and cutting into fabric.I really wanted the leather option, but opted for fabric (my cat is weird about leather), and I am not disappointed. It’s soft microfiber that’ll probably last longer. Color is the perfect light beige neutral. It tilts, it spins, it’s comfortable :D win!
