best knife for everything
I got the cuisinart knife set from xmas and love the santuko knife. But I use it several times a day and needed an extra. This one comes with the sleeve just like the ones in the set from costco. But this one is slightly bigger and has a nicer handle and I love it even more than the smaller one.

Perfect size for cutting meat, vegetables and salad fixings. The cover for the knife is great because no more worries about rooting around the drawer looking for something and cutting yourself.
