I bought this for a friend who needed to charge his boombox jbl and misplaced the original charger, he told me the charger was okay and it works fine charging the speaker.

We bought this to replace a lost charger for a JBL Xtreme. Works great

Faulty charger
Item could only keep the JBL boom box on, it did not charge it. After the first use, it was no longer working. It only kept the JBL on but it did not actually charge it. Something definitely fault. I would like a replacement please.

Works for the Boombox 2 but isn't as effective as the original
The original charger stopped working and this was purchased as a replacement.It's ever so slightly underpowered so it won't show the charging status whilst plugged in and switched on but it does provide the juice to get the device up and running for a good 6-8 hours of continual playback.Overall it's a great item
