Got this 2 weeks back and started using. The cable workouts are fine, but when actually it comes to the tube compression work out, I feel this is very tight. Esp, behind the head, for back and shoulder workouts, its impossible to move / compress this, even a centimeter. So, basically, any workouts, when you compress holding this from both ends, 1 hand each, its very very difficult to compress.
