This purchase was made hesitatingly as I have never heard of mesquite flour before, I know the flavor is in some sauces, but was not interested enough to research it. So I took the plunge after seeing its nutritional benefits. I am now "sold" on this product. It is used in shakes, soups, stews, porridge and as flavour enhancer to other meals. I have been experimenting with this so much that I am almost out of stock. I would love to find a 16 Oz bag (same profile) a little less expensive, based on the frequency of use. It is a great addition to my cookies/pancake mix using gluten free flour combinations. The smell coming from the oven is amazing.

Good stuff. Arrived quickly, as promised. Exceptionally flavorful, as described. But pricey.

I found it far better than what I expected. Excellent flavor and texture. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in organically grown food. It is a great deal and priced very reasonable for what you get. Love it.

Fine flour

Love this and use as a sweetener that does NOT bother me unlike even honey and agave nectar! Has a light nutty milk-chocolate overtones. I use 1 Tablespoon daily in my sesame flax breakfast - goes great with oatmeal too!

I love this stuff. It gives an added sweetness and depth of flavor to my smoothies plus it's so good for you.

Thought it was like hickory smoke powder for BBQ flavor. It is not.. it a sweetener substitute type powder that tastes and smells like cheerios. Waste of my money wish I could return. But I'm sure the cost is not worth it
