I am very pleased to be using this notebook as I am in Administration and can keep track of my notes as when I need them. I also use this as a diary of the next meeting in the company. This notebook is well made and good quality, well worth the money.

Pricey but worth it!
Great quality! Just what I needed

Less durable than the reporter type.
Very thing. Cardboard cover, thick backing but not many pages. I don’t really recommend this product. Get the classic one, or better, get another brand.

I use this size of notebook all the time for both work and personal reasons and I was in need of more because my current ones were getting full.A perfect opportunity I thought to try out a Moleskin product. People praising their products in reviews so I thought "why not"? I ordered 2 of the Pocket Notepads based on all of the reviews (once again I was fooled by all of the Amazon reviews-I really must stop allowing myself to believe what I read). The notebooks were delivered promptly as usual by Amazon, suitably protected from any in-transit damage. I removed the plastic wrap from one the notebooks and liked the sturdiness-2 quite substantial cardboard covers. All good so far although I did think they were being a bit tight with the number of pages and nowhere in their product description did it mention how many sheets were in each notepad (47 which is a weird quantity-so 94 pages). £5.99. The paper is decent I'll give them that. For me, the most annoying feature of these notepads is the heading section on each page. The headings themselves are not annoying but their orientation is. This is a 'Flip Up' style notepad-who in their right mind designs this type of notepad with the headings upside down on the 'flipped up page'? See my photo to understand what I mean. This means that if you wish to continue what you are writing on the reverse side of the page you have to rotate the notepad 180° to make use of the page headings-or tear out the page. That is just daft. That might be ok for an A4 size notepad but a tiny A6 page that can easily be lost or misplaced? Maybe I'm missing something here? In my opinion that is a design flaw, however, if somebody can show me a benefit of this layout design I'd be interested.I really wanted to like these notepads and I have no issues with the quality of the paper and covers. For me it's a poor value item-especially as there is no elastic band to keep the pad closed. Quality is good, layout annoying. I won't be buying any more Moleskin products.I've probably upset all of the Moleskin fan club-sorry!
