Makes life so much easier

An engineer friend and I spent all afternoon trying to put it together. Ended up adapting using jubilee clips. Very poor instruction - hardly legible. Pity it could have got 5 stars

Work well for rock salts

The product seemed to be well made but the design and operation a bit heath robinson. For weed and feedgranules to work on this machine. they have to drop through an aperture of the right dimension and then fall onto a whirling disc whose speed is controlled by the walking speed of the operator. The actual result is haphazard in the extreme with no clear indication of what setting that is necessary for the correct volume of the feed and the whole spreading process is totally hidden from sight from the operator. The end result is a very patchy coverage with one or two small heaps that will burn the grass. A cheap drop spreader avoids all these issues which shows that the quality of the manufacture is complete wasted.

As the title suggests the spreader goes together well except the stretch clear plastic cover doesn't fit, in fact it is a complete waste of time and space.What is the point of a cover to prevent ingress of foreign items that doesn't work in ant way shape or firm. Just jot up to the job. VERY disapointing.

Quality product

Used the machine for sowing grass seed unfortunately the device for stirring the grass seed to make the seed to fall through the hole was absolutely useless and we ended up sowing the seed by hand. Never used it again
