We like buying by the case so I was hesitant to spend the extra on this corned beef so I bought a can at Walmart. I can tell you the previous reviews were not made up. This stuff in not little mushy bites it is nicely shredded like a beef roast and it has a nice juice with it. It is like a beef roast one might shred. And it's tender too. I really like it and will be ordering it again next week. I very seldom give 5 stars but for my tastes, it was perfect. I think it's worth the extra bit of money.
