Got these to replace a very old set of RCBS dies. Within the first one hundred cases sized the titanium nitride insert was scratched. Called up Hornady customer service and the person who answered the phone Tried to tell me that the dies scratched because of my cleaning method. I wet tumble with pins and then dry tumble with walnut and Nu-finish. He eventually sent me a return label and the did polish the die and return it. Hornady should take a page out of RCBS customer service and just take care of problems without hassling customers.

I bought these to start building .380 auto. This is the second set of Hornady dies I have purchased and they work great. They are just dies nothing special. Their price was the reason I went with Hornady over RCBS.
