Great ointment, it definitely lasts for a good amount of time and does help with pain. I would describe it as a "tingle burn" and it is pleasant.NOTE: the container says to refrigerate after opening, I would say this ointment seems to need to be stored in a cooler temperature than most, when trying it out, I moved all of the ointment in the container as it seemed to have heated the beeswax

My husband is using it for his good knee that helps his bad knee work.

This works better than anything else I have ever used. As soon as I put it on whatever area (muscles, joints, shoulders, arms, back, etc.) is hurting ... it heats up the area immediately. When I say heating up I mean it is a gentle heat with a wonderful cooling sensation which makes the pain that I was feeling a lot easier to deal with. The heat lasts for a few hours. Most products that I have used don't even touch my pain. This one does. I will definitely be purchasing this again soon.**NOTE: Please wash hands after application!!

Works well. Discolors white clothing but it washes out with a prewash treatment.

Stains, stinks but it absolutely brings temporary relief. Doesn't take much to apply to feet. It is helpful

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. I have been trying many different herbal formulas for muscle and joint relievers not many seem to work well. This works very well, I use it after a work out to sooth the muscles and also on a nagging shoulder deep tissue pain I have had a while. For sure it heats up the area so if you don't like a very warm to hot feeling sensation you might not like this. Also this is something to apply when you are not going out as its quite potent smell
