Very salty
Salty. The flavor is good...but don’t add any extra salt to your marinade or before marinating.I prefer the paste personally but Amazon couldn’t seem to get it to me without breaking the bottle. These arrived intact.

Delicious Oxtails !
I used it for my Oxtails, and it was so delicious, I use it before it could be reviewed and showed the finish product. You don't have to use a lot, but it's up to you if you want to use more. 😊 👍

Broken
While the sauce smelled really good I was unable to try any of it as both bottles are broken. I tried to process a return-ctedit and was informed this is not an option. Seems to be a trend with this item, while I love that it is packaged in glass rather than plastic more care needs to be taken in packaging. No, I'm $20 poorer and my chicken is bland 🙄

Good marinade
I use this with other seasonings for marinating sweet Jerk chicken. Walkers is my go to for straight Jerk chicken.
